Singapore is tiny, 278.6 square miles tiny, with a population of over 6 million. Their home grown RHINO is a great "Micro?" pumper and squad/rescue apparatus. Quick, efficient, and able to deliver manpower to the scene it has the capability to handle small car fires and fuel spills. Pretty nifty rig for a very specialized rapid deployment model.
